This looks wonderful and I know I will be trying this very soon, my kind of ingredients, cooking and eating (I just hope mine turns out as beautifully as yours.) I made something a little like this with rabbit about a year ago. The fig dutch oven, oh my I like your fig dutch oven so much.
Your pot luck sounds marvelous and the way food should be eaten and shared and I would like to join in one day, maybe I will.

oh, nancy, this sounds amazing! and that pesto… man, i bet any leftover chicken with a little extra pesto would make an amazing sandwich as well. thanks for the inspiration! oh, to be at home cooking instead of at work computing…

I love how rustic and Provencal this dish is! It looks so warm and comforting to arrive home to such a meal.
